Dyneon™

DYNEON™: is a 3M Company that produces elastomers, fluorothermoplastics, and PTFE custom compounds.

Fluorosint® 207, Fluorosint® 500

FLUOROSINT®: is the most dimensionally stable PTFE based product available today. Fluorosint® offers all the great properties of Teflon coupled with the superior dimensional stability of other engineering plastics.

Kel-F® / Neoflon CTFE

KEL-F®: or Neoflon CTFE is a homopolymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene that exhibits resistance to cold-flow, dimensional stability, rigidity, low gas permeability, and low moisture absorption. CTFE is superior to other fluoropolymers in that it will not deform or cold flow under load at room temperature.

Radel R

RADEL R: PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering improved impact and chemical resistance over Polysulfone (Udel) and Polytherimide (Ultem®).

Ryton® PPS, Techtron PPS

RYTON®: PPS (Polyphenelyne Sulfide) offers the broadest resistance to chemicals of any advanced engineering plastic.

Teflon®

TEFLON®: is a registered trademark of the DuPont Company for its fluoropolymer resins. Teflon PTFE fluoropolymer resins are part of the DuPont family of fluorine-based products that also includes Teflon FEP and Teflon PFA fluoropolymer resins and Tefzel fluoropolymers.

UHMW / UHMW-PE

UHMW / UHMW-PE: is a linear high density polyethylene resin which has unique properties of superior abrasion resistance and impact strength, in addition to the chemical resistance, non-stick surface, and low coefficient of friction of regular polyethylene. Its molecular weight is 10X that of high molecular weight HDPE.

Vespel®

VESPEL®: PI (Polyimide) is an extreme performance Polyimide that combines the physical properties of metals, plastics, and ceramics.
