Kel-F / Neoflon CTFE, Engineering Plastics

Kel-F or Neoflon CTFE is a homopolymer of chlorotrifluoroethylene that exhibits resistance to cold-flow, dimensional stability, rigidity, low gas permeability, and low moisture absorption. CTFE is superior to other fluoropolymers in that it will not deform or cold flow under load at room temperature. Kel-F is used successfully in the chemical and electrical fields for products ranging from seals to radome covers. AIP machines precision components from compression molded and extruded Kel-F stock shapes.
