thermoplastic materials answer the demands of hostile down hole

Drilling and Production Applications:
For demanding applications, AIP provides high-performance,
non-metallic, CIP composite-bearing materials. Our materials
are virtually maintenance-free. They resist corrosion, stand
up to extreme environmental conditions, and out-perform bronze
in demanding mechanical applications. Because they are self-
lubricating, our low-friction materials are environmentally
friendly, extremely wear resistant and have the highest PV
values. Our light-weight materials minimize installation man-
hours and shipping costs. Thermoplastic components offer lower
cost and a longer life expectancy than metallic components in
offshore and marine applications.
