Dyneon, Engineering Plastics

Dyneon is a 3M Company that produces elastomers, fluorothermoplastics, and PTFE custom compounds. AIP has machined Dyneon TFM 1750 and TFM 1705 into custom food processing equipment bellows. The 1750 and 1705 are custom Dyneon PTFE compounds with higher elasticity than standard PTFE polymers. AIP machines precision components from compression molded and extruded Dyneon stock shapes.

AIP specializes in industrial plastics including DELRIN®, Ultem, Nylatron, Plastic Composites such as Orkot, CIP, Tenmat, ACM, Luytex, PEEK, Fluorosint, Radel R, Vespel, Ryton® PPS, Celazole, Ertalyte, Kynar and Torlon.
